1.材料由圖書館提供，一人一份，未到恕無法代領。。
2.採電子簽到，請自備學生證/職員證簽到。
3.圖書館因辦理推廣業務所需，將會拍攝活動照片或進行錄影、錄音。肖像權說明：報名參加活動者視為同意將參與本活動之肖像權授權予本館，作為推廣使用。

3. Photography/Recording: To promote library services, photos, videos, or audio recordings may be taken during the event. By registering for this event, you grant the library the right to use your image for promotional purposes.
